The Jeremiah class is designed first and foremost as a Frigate, however she is apt in taking on the roles of diplomatic and scout missions. The design is considered Top Level Classified, and only high ranking officials command them.
Purpose within Starfleet: Fast ship capable of quick incursions, diplomatic missions with tight deadlines, scouting out new planets suitable for human colonization.
