Maximum Velocity: Warp 5 (for one hour)
Weapons systems: 2 type 6 phaser emitters (on the nacelle pylons)

Crew compliment: 5, evacuation limit of 50.

Design: The Livingstone-class runabouts were one of the earliest runabouts designed by Starfleet. Its primary purpose is to conduct short duration missions that do not justify the expense of sending a starship.
The ship is capable of landing on planetary surfaces, using the hardened landing pads on the underside of the nacelles.

Alignment & Era: Federation, TOS Era
Mission profile: this is designed as a multi-purpose vessel for use on starbases and larger starships.

Purpose within Starfleet: Livingstone-class ships were embarked on most large starbases, serving as transports and scout ships.

Purpose within Star Trek Online: A small, low-level ship, sometimes encountered in missions involving time-travel.

sweet awesome little TOS runabout. fits in nicely with the era too.
