Type 14 Mobile Forward Base

Class: Type 14 Mobile Forward Base
Length: 60.9 yards
Beam: 40.5 yards
Height: 15.2 yards
Departmental class: combat vessel, troop support vessel.
Cruise Velocity: Warp 3
Maximum Velocity: Warp 5 (for two hours)
Weapons systems: 6 type 10 phaser strips on the upper hull, two micro-photon torpedo tubes.
Decks: 2 decks with a crawlspace above deck 1.
Crew compliment: 20, evacuation limit of 200.
Design: The type 14 mobile forward base was designed in the middle of the Dominion war, as the need for an easily-deployed forward base increased. The entire ship was designed and the first prototypes constructed within a month. However, the quick design process left some flaws; however, most of these were easily fixed (with the exception of the complaint that when the ship sets down in mud, it splatters mud everywhere.)
These ships were specifically designed to serve as mobile forward bases. To this end, they were fitted with a higher-volume transporter capable of acting as a pattern enhancer, as well as a large barracks capable of holding twenty people. This left very little space for the bridge, which was built sideways to save space.
Although these ships are fitted with a warp drive, they are usually transported to the destination by a starship.
The ship’s weapons systems were primarily designed to be used while landed on a planet’s surface, so they are placed as high on the ship as possible to give them a better line of sight.
The ship is capable of landing on planetary surfaces, using the bottom of the primary hull as a landing pad.

Alignment & Era: Federation, DS9 Era

Mission profile: The Type 14 was designed to be deployed on a planet’s surface to support the troops landed there.

Purpose within Starfleet: Supporting troops landed on a planet’s surface.

Purpose within Star Trek Online: A small federation base on the surface of hostile planets. It provides necessary resources, such as a transporter room and sickbay, as well as acting as a re-spawn point. They can not be piloted or purchased by players. Players can, however, take the tactical console to aid other players in battle near the ship. The vessel is also capable of moving around a planet’s surface.

I assume you mean the Warp Core?
It is in the space above Deck 1.
