History:

I started the fleet not so long ago from scratch. I recruited a couple members from the MechWarrior 4 team I have been running since 2007 that has had approximately 40+ different people and currently sits at 16. We have lost players from the MW4 community simpley due to that age of the game (released in 1999) and people moving on in their lives and on to other games...

I intend and have pledged to run the fleet as I have my MW4 Team. By that I mean, no rank in file structure, freely open suggestions from EVERYONE, and tight knit. On my team your opinions will be heard, and many ideas will be put to use and tweaked as needed. I am only the figure head, I pay for the site and communication server, and when there is a needed desicion to be made I break the land lock and move the team in the needed direction. There is a Command Staff, but it's purpose is to keep things civil, be a buffer between the league / moderators and the team, keep the site news / links / downloads / members accounts flowing and up to date, and to help the team be creative and move in the right direction, as well as Recruiting & Training.

I keep to my word and do the best to do whats right, ethical and morale to keep my team happy and I want to bring that into STO. Taken from my military career I believe in L.D.R.S.H.I.P. = Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, & Personal Courage. Being in the military I do not want a Rank in Structure such as Fleet Admiral, Captain, Ensign yadda yadda cause I do so much of it in real life as is, I just want to relax and kick it with my fellas and just have fun and make sure they have everything they need to be sucessful in what ever game we play.

As we approach open beta, the fleet is begining to pick up steam and hone in on how things will run and function.

There are some very good ideas anc conecpts being worked upon, and if you would like to be apart of it, please stop on by and give us a look over. There may not be a load of glitz and glamour, but the foundation is solid and backed by in depth core fundamentals.

As Open Beta is set to begin, please know we are still recruiting. Curently we stand at 12 players and are looking to hit the 20 mark here over the next week. Once we hit this level of players, we will start making recruitment by invite only.
