LOL, Zach, A Corrections Officer oversees the day to day activities of people that have been incarcerated and been placed into the penal system with the intention of correcting there outlook on live. Such as, it is not a good thing to Rob, Murder, Steal or in any way do something that has been legaly sanctioned as not a good thing.
Welcome to Hailing Frequency Wanderer711, You are not alone, I was a Corrections Officer for 2 years myself, Ward 32, Parchman, Death Row. The wife thought it was to dangerous after a while, so I applied and was accepted into the Law Enforcement side of things as a State Trooper. Retired out of that about a month or so ago.
Watch out for Zach and Nova, both are a bit nuts, but good people.
