Reintroducting myself

Since I've been back around for a couple of weeks now, I thought it high time to reintroduce myself.  I've been gone for a while.  I've been a registered member here since September 2006.  Wow 2 and a half years.  Has it really been that long?  (Quick aside, when did STOnet go down?) 

There was a point in my life where I would have labeled myself a Trekkie first and a gamer second.  But, truth be told, I'm a gamer at heart but it's a close race.  Running a close 3rd behind gaming and Trek is Warhammer 40k.  But that's more of an addiction.

MMOwise, I've played:

Everquest (from launch)
WOW
Everquest 2
Star Wars Galaxies
Final Fantasy 11
Ultima Online
Warhammer Online
City of Heros
City of Villians
Eve Online
Dungeons & Dragons Online

That's all my brain can think of right now, but I know I'm missing at least one. 

Trekwise, I've seen them all, read them all, played them all.  I've run and played in countless Trek RPGs.  Our longest campaign has spanned 12 years.

Hey Aizar Kel,

STOnet went down in January 2008, so its been about a year now.  Alot of the old-timers from there came and registered here, but they are rarely around with the exception of folks like BLZBUB.

Wow, you've played alot of MMO's lol, the only ones i've ever checked out really are The Matrix Online, COH, COV, EVE and I did a brief stint on Age of Conan and SWG.

Nice Kid you Have their - Belated congratulations :)

Aizar Kel ! ! ! Great to have you around again. I've missed our little "chats"... LOL.

 I tried out that EVE thing, but could not really get into it at all. I have run the Navyfield MMO for a year or so, but  got tired of that to. ST:O will be my first 'real' mmorpg, so I can hardly wait. It is going to be Grrrrrrrrrrrr-eat! Despite what Falin says. :P

Grats on the son. He's looking good. Needs a trekkie shirt though... ;) Or a Hailing Frequency one... heh heh.

 Great to see ya again Aizar. Get into teh discussions as you can find time between work...diapers...sleep...diapers... heh heh.

Look closer at my avatar.  :)  He IS wearing a starfleet shirt.  Sheesh.  Like I wouldn't dress him in star trek clothes... :)

 LOL. I meant more like a 'red shirt', but I get yer drift. Although, experience has taught me that, at that age, he is the 'Admiral' and you are the 'red shirt'. :P
