I cannot believe this topic hasn't already been made. If it is somewhere else, I apologize. I made this list today because I have been bored. I hope you like it. I like the Federation founders due to Enterprise. The Tellerites and Andorians deserve more screentime.

Captain- Vulcan Female
1st Officer- Tellerite Male
Science Officer- Andorian Male
Tactical- Human Male
Pilot- Vulcan Male
Communications- Human Female

Some extra because I was bored:

Doctor- Denobulan Female (Enterprise is cool)
Chief Engineer- Tellerite Female
Counselor- Andorian Female
Security Chief- Bolian Male (A Homage to the Voyager I watched growing up)
