I hate the music.

Other then that I liked the functions of the customization.

Why does so many focus on the music?

Meh I never even noticed it actually.  Nore interested in what was happening.

Because music is a major part of the game. It sets the mood. If the mood is set for Star Trek and you keep hearing Star Wars music it's not that great.
