If any of you have played or are playing CoH or CoV, the room may seem a tad familiar.  Or maybe it's just me.  But it really looks like something that could have been build with the base tool.  A few objects, some floor elevation and different skins for the walls.  Much more advanced than the base tool.  But that may be a customizable room.
