agreed. but like i said above (i think) i assumed that wed see some "oh snap, weve been boarded, gogo PSI combat"

now....this also shows something else: combat is 3rd person, not an FPS...not sure how i feel on that. i kinda wanted a new elite force :P

Very interesting, I am trying to keep from getting hyped over this game, I have found most products never live up to the hype and you get disappointed fast when they don't, but I will have to admit, I am having trouble not getting hyped some over this game, really excited about it and the possibilities... I just hope Crypt has a handle on the scope of this project, and wish them much luck,,:)

The game, more images I see, is starting to look like its going to be a low res game....I've very depressed about this, I guess all the waiting has inflated my expectations of the game. :'(

I doubt it will be low rez, cryptic's engine can support some very nice textures.  Still concept art is concept art, I would like to see a first person when zoomed in all the way, give a kind of critical hit bonus, and third person auto aim for you without the bonus. Still, waiting for the end all Gameplay footage.  :D

lol, if the game is made in low res like those shots i hope they pay US subscriptions, because no one will play.

Admittedly those shots are very grainy, but I would'nt worry too much, it's more likely the medium used to capture those shots thats to blame. Still I see what looks to be rather promising interior shots, at least of the bridge of a galaxy class ship anyways.

Another aspect are the exterior shots of the galaxy, notice the TV/movie (almost) quality to it? I'm very intrigued!   :ilovestartrek:

If we see some of this on the broadcast sunday, I will definitely be looking forward to this games release.
