Vice Admiral Christopher Stevens of Lotus Fleet.

Vice Admiral Stevens is by far the most knowledgeable officer of Lotus Fleet. Stevens on numerous occasions has shown an uncanny ability to not only adapt and over come difficult time lines, projects, and issues that arise quickly, but also has managed to maintain his composure when commanding two of the Fleets most demanding departments (Lotus Fleet RP and Web Development.)

Vice Admiral Stevens, puts in many hours of work every day and his contribution to Lotus Fleet as well as the entire Star Trek gaming community place great credit upon himself, Lotus Fleet as a whole and Gene Roddenberry's vision of the future.

Craig Zinkevich of Star Trek Online

He has provided tonnes of information about STO to the community over the past 12 months and deserves this award I think.
