On a few occasions when entering some folks profiles to add a VIP sig, the Avatar is getting sucked out into space.

Check your avatars and I apologize.

Also: I'll be changing the banners soon so they aren't so ....'loud'.   I'll try and make them more interesting and personalized as we go.
