I abit pressed for time at moment so the three videos will do instead. You will get your shots put up when I get back home. Two videos are download only's and the third is viewable at ModDB (all links are below).

First video is showing off the new TOS era torp for the Feds and also the QuVat map rebuild. The TOS era torp is a gift from Dontdrunkimshoot. The video is roughly 5+minutes long. There are also several minor texture changes in the ships from Skeeter and Accurus.

Now onto the second video, this has more retextures than you can poke a stick at. Really are, just about everything a retexture in it from the TMP Federation (all Accurus work with some additional work in glows from Skeeter) to the TOS/TMP era Borg (first video footage of our TOS Borg Cube in action). This video about 6mins long.

There is a 3rd video too up at ModDB, only a small 1minute video showing the Constellation attempting to square up against a Borg Cube and Obelisk. You can pretty much guess the outcome of that...

Aftermath 2.0 TMP Showcase (download)
Afteramth Videos at ModDB (1 new)

Promo for you people now, video and pictures. They both show our new explosion effect which looks pretty. Though in the video the explosion footage is kind of upstaged by the map itself.

I picked the map 'Riga Langua' and keep forgetting what I put in that map to begin with... It safe to say everyone was getting their ass kicked by the natives.

Though the footage does showcase abit more than just the new explosion thing (later in the week I will see about getting some Armada mode footage, plenty of things blow up in that). You get to see more of the AI and how the group and seek and destroy. The ship teaming is something it shows off really well and when you see a small flotilla of Borg ships cruising by in formation it can scare the 'censored' out of you. Also looks pretty too though it dont end up pretty when you pan out and see a Tactical and normal Cube closing in on you in formation with their little minions cleaning everyone up... The Riga Langua map also has the black nebulae in it too (also found in TLG, Trek Battles and UUM).

Seeing Borg ships emerging from a black nebulae and you know doom is coming, even quicker especially when you chose TOS era ships to play with... I still won though

Aftermath 2.0 Riga Langua (explosions, AI and black nebulae)

One more video, you must be lucky or something this weekend, 4 new shots and 2 new videos. Anyway here is new footage of a slight difference to our new explosions which give a more 3d look to them. We still pushing this as far as we can get it but we are making good headway.

This footage is of the Light Armada mode map, Khitomer Massacre. This video is purely to show off the new explosions and also our AI. While testing the new explosions we had many moments where we wish we had Fraps recording the stuff that went down as the map had it going off like clockwork. You also get to see our updated AI since our last Armada mode footage was taken.

The explosion's are great! Keep up the stupendous work there.

Also...more video's sure wouldn't cause me any harm to watch!  :D

Any footage from the Armada modes always gets people's attention. They a good way of showing off many changes to Legacy ranging from AI right through to textures. Khitomer is one of our 'show pony' maps (along with Napala, Death Adder Pass and Ukari Sector), always grabs attention whenever its shown. Its not just all show, it has plenty of go in it too. Its also in-game footage, its not edited in anyway (expect for being converted into a smaller avi). It will play exactly how you have just seen it.

Onto promo now, you getting a lot of shots today. We have another new explosion which looks pretty and dramatic which ties in well with the mod and a couple battle shots and there still more, we have some shots from the Survival mode. The Survival map is a new one called 'Xhin Mae'ga', playable by TNG Romulans. The map is almost finished but the mode is slowly coming together. The other Survival mode map (the one with the Minefield in it) will also be in the 2.0 release. The first shot is currently the main promo for the Survival mode (the one with the starbase on the left), it has a foreboding look to it. You just know your going to get your ass kicked in it...

We may not have any new video this weekend though as we are setting up and doing maintenance at our video pages (YouTube, Live Video and ModDB Video).

More news and your weekly dose of promo shots. This week the main focus is all on our newest member, Trekky who has just finished his first scripted mission under the guidance of Gamemaster (who learnt scripting via Chessmess himself and his template). Trekky not only does scripting but he also does work in the texture department (the source of our new explosions and updated Excelsior engines).

His very first mission is called 'Aggression' and he is focusing the small story arc around the first few years with the USS Excelsior (currently, these missions will appear in the Historical mode). For his first mission he has set himself a high standard for future missions as it plays out really well and has the right mix to draw you into it.

The 5 shots below come from the mission
