ok, so they're making a ST comic, wouldn't be a first. how'sthis link to STO, i'm not seeing it. Unless you're saying the cartoonish look of STO is the same as the comic.

I rather like the uniform design. The only gripe I have is that I really likes in TOS the gold stripes on the sleeves denoting rank. Maybe if they used epaulets on the dress uniforms. Being a former US Navy sailor, I guess I just like traditional looks.  :startrek078:

I do see what you mean Zach.  The flares on the collar may have been coincidence.  But the combination of the collar flare and the shoulder flare do seem to indicate direct influence. 

And on a side note, is that a portrait of Spot behind what I assume is Data's desk?

Looks more like a Kzinti in stasis! lol

 Seriously, anyone would try to emulate the canon look of the uniforms when writing a comic...wouldn't they?
