Merry Christmas Folks,

Here is the 2008 christmas special of Hailing Frequency which was broadcast and recorded live on December 20th 2008.

In this show, we talk about the hard hitting impact the death of Majel Roddenberry has had on the community.  After this, we discuss the latest Star Trek Online Timeline updates and we reveal that we have 2 interviews lined up with Cryptic Studios in January - The first one with Nicole Hamlett aka Awen and the second one which will be with Craig Zinkevich - Dates for both of these will be announced very soon.

Following on for this - we give a little bit of coverage on the 2008 Players Choice Awards from StarTrek-Games.com and discuss some of the nominations to date - voting for this opens on January 1st at http://www.startrek-games.com

We take a look back at the events of 2008 and reveal the full details of how and when exactly Hailing Frequency found out that Cryptic Studios had taken over development of Star Trek Online and we look forward to what we can expect in 2009.

Finally - we remind folks that Hailing Frequency will be going down on December 30th for some major upgrades and refits to upgrade our forum, design and launch some exciting new features for 2009.
