This evening Hailing Frequency sat down with Pete Calabria, Senior Artist for Star Trek Legacy.

In this hour long interview, we chatted about various aspects of Legacy, such as what makes legacy next-gen, we chatted about Legacys long and bumpy history, and we get in depth information about the games Modding Tools and Features. On top of this we get answers for dozens of community submitted questions.

Wow! VERY NICE ships there!

As a modder, who's always specialized in hardpointing, I notice what appear to be artistically liscensed weapons ports on the D'Deridex, namely the red ports. I seem to see them aft-port and aft-starboard, fore-port and fore-starboard, and a pair of dorsal emitters too. I'm assuming there are ventral emitters also. Seems to be a rather well-armed bird.

That new design looks almost Defiant-inspired, with the series rings on its back. Very cool. 

The detail on all of those ships is GREAT, I'm really looking forward to seeing them in action, or more to the point, seeing them explode under a hail of Klingon disruptor fire. :D
