there are trekies out there that feel that Star Wars is Star Trek's Biggest Rival While it has been pointed out to me on Multiple ocasions that The two are so Disimaler that to think that they are each others rivals is a load of 'censored' However i have a new point to point out...We trekies Owe Star Wars you know Why...Because if it was not for Star Wars IV "A new hope" Star trek would have stayed Dead it was that movie that made Parimount Try to revive Trek so that they where not out done by Fox so like i said WE OWE STAR WARS

the little text thing Yea that is a call out to Warcraft 3 one of the charicters says (if you click on him enough times) "I am The warchife" so i filped it around for my own use

Bah.  We owe much, much more to the fans who helped keep the franchise going.  By the late 70's, Paramount was already getting ready to do a second Trek TV series (it was only later decided to restart the franchise via movies instead).  So Star Wars deserves little, if any credit.

I have to say this, though. Despite how much we don't want to hear it folks, the new Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO will sure as hell give STO a run for it's money. Our opinion over whether one is 'cooler' than the other aside, if STO doesn't show a full blown commitment to the game, it won't survive, and we'll all have been blogging and posting about it longer than the actual game survived.

Aye that be true however Hasn't Star Wars tried the MMO seen before and failed...ON MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS

Yes, I used to play Star Wars Galaxies myself, so I remember the whole 'NGE' debacle. I know what not doing right by your players can do to a game. And while I cannot verify how good ST:TOR is yet, look at this and say it won't be:
