Proposal to All Fleets / Guilds For a United Federation

Hey there Nova, long time no see.

As we, the {UFP} were in these talks from the beginning, and you mightve wondered why we havent said anything in this thread?

Well, a large amount of sceptisism has resulted in us forgetting this matter, and since i was on extended leave nobody was there to remind people, but now weve decided to join in, sorry for the delay, im looking forward to more teamspeak sessions :)

Alright everyone,

With the final confirmation of {UFP} deciding to Join the UFF, Now is the time that as the UFF's Charter members to begin working out the details on how our fleets and Future Fleets will begin our Tournament based battles in Star Trek Bridge Commander, and Star Trek Elite Forces. Using Hailing Frequency as the forum in which results will be posted and Tournament Schedules will be posted, our next step is for each Fleet to submit   the name of One Primary Representative and a One Backup Representative that will be responsible for attending UFF meetings to be held in the future as well as begin assisting in the Development of the UFF Charter that will outline how all of this is going to work on behalf of their Fleet.

Again the Participating Charter Members to the UFF are:

Hailing Frequency
Aries Fleet
United Federation of Planets [UFP]
Lotus Fleet
United Federation of Planets {UFP}

I Propose that our first order of business at the UFF Meeting be that the Charter Member status now be Locked and all follow on Member Fleets will now fall subject to the UFF Charter and will not be required to submit a representative.

I would just like to query something here. I was under the impression that [UFP] and {UFP} were on a "Cautious" Diplomatic Stance with each other.

If this is the case, i would move that a first order of business would be to ensure that relations between these two groups are smooth.

I would hope that both Fleets would agree that for the betterment of each other Fleets that by falling under the UFF as its over arching governing body that what ever bad blood that has been experienced can be overlooked and thereby allow for each fleet to truely show their worth in the Tournament. As a result I would also hope that while it is expected that a certain level of competitive banter will exist all participants will simply see it for what it is.

Its also my hope that when and if STO launches we can carry on this relationship on the same server, thereby already creating an air of organization and communication Server wide for the Server Community. Especially when and if we are presented with in game challenges that one Fleet may not be able to handle alone.

For those of you who dont know what I mean, On COH, EQ, and various other MMOs there are occasionally mobs that inorder to kill them, 75 + People are needed as well as a very structured level of communication to accomplish the task.
