Paramount Pictures was so desperate to get rid of the Star Trek TV show when it originally aired in the late 60's that it tried to sell all of its equity to creator Gene Roddenberry for $150,000... but he couldn't afford to buy it. Read more fun financial facts about Star Trek here:
Following a leak over the weekend, Ubisoft have announced a major new entry in the Star Trek Gaming Franchise yesterday.

Star Trek Bridge Crew is being developed by Ubisoft in partnership with Red Storm Entertainment and is the first Star Trek game being developed for virtual reality headsets such as the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.

In Star Trek: Bridge Crew, the Federation dispatches you and your crew to command the new vessel U.S.S. Aegis as part of a critical initiative. Your mission: explore a largely uncharted sector of space known as The Trench, in hopes of locating a suitable new home world for the decimated Vulcan populace. The Trench contains stunning beauty and undiscovered wonders, but also strange anomalies and dangers yet unknown. The Klingon Empire is also active in the region, and their purpose is undoubtedly a threat to the Federationís plans. Itís up to you and your crew to chart the sector to determine the Klingonsí aims, and to secure a peaceful Federation presence.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew puts you and your friends in the heart of a starship, where- as officers of the Federation- every action and decision you make together will determine the fate of your ship and crew. Developed specifically for VR, Star Trek: Bridge Crew is the only game to offer a true-to-life level of immersion in the Star Trek universe.

I have upload the DW patch utility to mediafire:
Important notes:
1. If you have dual/multi VGA cards, please disable other(s) and left only one usable in control panel.
2. If your screen resolution is larger than 1600x1200, please reduce resolution before you start the game.

Please reply in this thread if you need any help for this game. For other games, please create a new thread else.

This link still works :)

I'm aware that this is a rather old topic, but there is some progress for improve compatibility of Dominion Wars at trekbbs:

In short, komat has developed a dll wrapper to fix some compatibility issues of Dominion Wars

However, that would need user to hex edit the ds9dw.exe file. So I made a patch utility to help people patch Dominion Wars:
You have to select which version you have (US/EU/DE) and install it. So far it's been tested on US and EU versions. More discussions can be found at trekbbs.
